FutureNow Training Solutions provides vocational training and consultancy services in the following areas:
Training Services:
- Nationally recognised training and recognition of prior learning (RPL) in the areas of strategic leadership, community sector management, youth work and community services. (Qualifications range from Certificate IV to Graduate Diploma, and are issued in partnership with Skills Generation, RTO No. 41008)
- Bespoke training solutions for work teams in ‘soft skill’ areas such as ethics, effective communication, conflict resolution, managing challenging behaviours and ‘accidental counsellor’ skills
Consultancy Services:
- Development or review of workplace learning programs
- Mentoring leaders (one-off or regular sessions)
- Assistance with strategic plans, workforce planning and strategic cultural change
- Policy development
